Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our product (semi-permanent tattoos), we have specific requirements for all return and replacement requests to ensure fair and accurate processing.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We will gladly process a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

Manufacturer Defect: The tattoo arrived with a clear flaw (e.g., ripped, incomplete design, or print smudge) that prevents proper application.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a tattoo design that is different from what you ordered.
2. Required Proof and Documentation
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide the following visual proof. Failure to provide the exact required documentation will result in the rejection of your claim.
Proof Required: Pre-Application Photo
Description: A clear photo of the tattoo sheet before it is applied. The SKU number (item code) printed on the sheet must be clearly visible and legible in the photo.
Full Application Video
Proof Required: Full Application Video
Description: A single, uncut, and continuous video clearly showing the entire process from the start of application until the final backing paper is removed. This video is crucial for verifying that the application instructions were followed correctly.
Post-Application Photo
Proof Required: Post-Application Photo
Description: A clear photo of the resulting applied tattoo immediately after the application process is complete.
3. Exclusions (When We Cannot Offer a Return or Replacement)
We cannot offer a return or replacement for issues related to:

Improper Application: If the required application video shows instructions were not followed correctly.

User Error: Errors made by the customer during the application process (e.g., incorrect placement, not applying enough water/pressure, moving the transfer).

Skin Safety Disclaimer:
Our products are made using plant-based, waterproof ink that is completely safe for skin use. Under normal conditions, no skin problems or reactions should occur. However, if a customer has a pre-existing skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, our brand cannot be held responsible for any irritation or reaction that may arise. Customers with sensitive skin are advised to perform a patch test before use.
- Tattoo Degradation: We do not cover normal fading, peeling, or degradation of the tattoo after the initial successful application.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Awaiting Response: Once your form is submitted, our team will review the evidence. You will receive a response regarding the approval or rejection of your return or replacement claim within 2 to 3 business days.
